Mark Miller

Mark C. Miller is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Stericycle.

Education

Miller received a B.S. degree in computer science from Purdue University, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa. [1]

Professional Career

Miller serves as a director of Accelerate Diagnostics, Inc., a developer of automated diagnostics systems, and formerly served as a director of Ventana Medical Systems, Inc., a developer and supplier of automated diagnostic systems. From May 1989 until joining Stericycle in 1992 he served as vice president for the Pacific, Asia, and Africa in the international division of Abbott Laboratories, a health care company, which he joined in 1976.[1]

CEO of the Year

Miller was selected by Morningstar, Inc. as its “2009 CEO of the Year.”[1]

Stericycle

Miller became the CEO of Stericycle in May 1992 and the Chairman of the Board of Directors in August of 2008.[1]

Aid to the Abortion Industry

Stericycle has chosen to work for abortion facilities to dispose of the fetal remains from abortions. Stericycle’s aid allows these clinics to continue killing preborn children. As Chairman of Stericycle's Board of Directors and one of the top shareholders and beneficiaries of stock, responsibility for Stericycle’s collaboration with the abortion industry[2] falls upon him.
